DUG wins prestigiousaward
Just recently, the World Food Innovation Awards 2021 took place. An event that celebrates innovation across all food and beverage categories – and quite the big deal in the sustainable food industry. This year, the competition was exceptionally stiff with a whopping 276 entries, from 22 countries, across 26 different categories.
Best Allergy-Friendly Product
Despite competing against many strong and established brands, a highly distinguished panel of judges crowned DUG winner in the Best Allergy-Friendly Product category. We’re advocates for sustainable alternatives that everyone can enjoy, so we’re very happy to receive this particular award for DUG.

Honourable runner-up
The good news didn’t stop there, though. DUG was also granted the honourable Highly Commended award (second place) as Best Plant-Based Beverage. As we’re really proud of the taste and qualities of our plant-based drinks, this is certainly the icing on the cake. Our products were also nominated finalist in two other categories: Best CSR/Sustainability Initiative and Best Health or Wellness Drink.
