Overnight oats are a perfect breakfast and snack! With a few ingredients, you create a delicious and nutritious oatmeal that can be topped with any fruit, nuts or whatever you fancy. With our recipe, you also get overnight oats that are vegan – thanks to our fantastic potato drink DUG. Just as the name suggests, this oatmeal needs to be prepared, so make your overnight oats in the evening and set it in the fridge overnight so you have your breakfast ready for the next morning.

Ingredients
30 g oats
1 teaspoon dried apple pieces
1/3 banana
1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
Strawberries and kiwi for decoration
Method
1. Slice the bananas and place them in the bottom of a glass.
2. Mix the other ingredients in a bowl.
3. Pour the mixture into the glass.
4. Set the glass in the fridge overnight.
5. Feel free to decorate with strawberries and kiwi.
