Langos
Ingredients
15 g fresh yeast
1 boiled potato
1/2 teaspoon salt
190 g wheat flour
Rapeseed oil
100 ml DUG Original
Method
- Mix the ingredients (apart from the oil). Knead the dough and leave it to rise for 30 minutes.
- Cut the dough into reasonably large pieces.
- Heat the oil in a saucepan. Fry on both sides over medium heat until golden brown.
- Serve your langos with your choice of toppings or enjoy them as they are.
