Langos

Ingredients

15 g fresh yeast
1 boiled potato
1/2 teaspoon salt
190 g wheat flour
Rapeseed oil
100 ml DUG Original

Method

  1. Mix the ingredients (apart from the oil). Knead the dough and leave it to rise for 30 minutes.
  2. Cut the dough into reasonably large pieces.
  3. Heat the oil in a saucepan. Fry on both sides over medium heat until golden brown.
  4. Serve your langos with your choice of toppings or enjoy them as they are.
