Root vegetable gratin

Ingredients

6-7 potatoes
3-4 carrots
1 leek
120 g grated cheese, preferably tasty
0.5 tablespoon oregano
Salt & black pepper
Butter/margarine to the mold
300 ml DUG Unsweetened

Method

  1. Set the oven to 225 degrees.
  2. Peel and slice the potatoes and carrots into thin slices. Rinse and shred the leek.
  3. Roughly grate the cheese.
  4. Roughly grate the cheese.
  5. Put leeks, potatoes and carrots in layers. Salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Crumble over the oregano and sprinkle the cheese on top. Then pour in DUG Unsweetened.
  7. Bake in the lower part of the oven for about 45 minutes. Test with a stick to make sure the roots are soft and your dish is ready.
