Root vegetable gratin
Ingredients
6-7 potatoes
3-4 carrots
1 leek
120 g grated cheese, preferably tasty
0.5 tablespoon oregano
Salt & black pepper
Butter/margarine to the mold
300 ml DUG Unsweetened
Method
- Set the oven to 225 degrees.
- Peel and slice the potatoes and carrots into thin slices. Rinse and shred the leek.
- Roughly grate the cheese.
- Roughly grate the cheese.
- Put leeks, potatoes and carrots in layers. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Crumble over the oregano and sprinkle the cheese on top. Then pour in DUG Unsweetened.
- Bake in the lower part of the oven for about 45 minutes. Test with a stick to make sure the roots are soft and your dish is ready.
