Try out this recipe for a healthier ice cream that’s equally delicious! The smoothie ice cream is here to stay and it’s no wonder why this lovely, creamy recipe has become so popular – both for adults and children. In this recipe you get all the goodness that a classic ice cream gives, but without lactose and far lower sugar. Instead, you get sweetness from the frozen mango, blueberries and the healthier coconut sugar. Of course you also get the wonderful creaminess from DUG Unsweetened which makes the Smoothie ice cream reminiscent of smooth, soft-serve ice cream, ready to be enjoyed by everyone who loves ice cream!

Ingredients
175 g frozen mango
120 g frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon coconut sugar
2 tablespoons grated coconut
Method
1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender.
2. Stir between laps as the mixture can easily get stuck as it is frozen.
3. The smoothie becomes creamy, tasty and reminiscent of a soft ice cream. Enjoy!
